Default Personal Training Scheduling Software

I am currently using ezfacility online to manage trainer schedules, client packages, etc for personal training. We pay about $150 a month for this service. Although the software is great, I don't really need the online aspect and I'd like to just purchase software that would be a one-time cost to take care of this aspect of the business. Anyone have any suggestions for a cheaper alternative? Thanks!

Yes. I will PM you tomorrow (headed off to bed early as I have a 530 bootcamp tomorrow!). I have a MUCH cheaper alternative, and it is still online. It's the best product to come along in this entire industry.

I would be very interested in this as well. We have about 15 trainers using a 3 ring binder with Word document calendars. Needless to say it's not optimal.

Thanks!

Hi, JP. I'd like that info, too! Right now we're using HELIOS which is great - but was originally designed to manage tanning salons. But I'm always looking for a better alternative - and will it synch 2 locations? Tahnk you!!

Sorry I'm so late getting back with all of you. The software I mentioned is ready. There are two ways you can use it. One option is to use mine as a sub-community to my account (pretty cheap). The other is a little more expensive, but it involves you having your own master-community. Both will provide the exact same service (appt software, training software, nutritional software, and other business management tools such as legal forms, assessments, etc). One would just have my branding on it, and the other would have your own. It just depends on how you plan to use this software.

It is the most advanced and robust program in the entire industry. What I propose, since there seems to be quite a bit of interest, is hosting a live meeting on gotomeeting with the guy who made this software to give you a demo. You can also all conference in on a call and ask questions.

I'll try to get it set up for later this week.

Hi everyone,

It's been a while since this thread was active, but I just had to share my two cents - I was using MindBody online scheduling software for a while and it was awful. I also looked into EZ Facility and wasn't really thrilled, but now I use ClubReady (ClubReady - Web Based Club Management Software). I LOVE working with it and the guy who runs it, Brad, is so super helpful it's unbelievable. Since we signed up I've gotten a great response from our clients as to how easy it is to use (it's web-based) and that they really love the nutrition and fitness-tracking capabilities. My teachers and staff love it too - it is really user friendly.

If you're still looking for a software product (granted it is online and not a package software deal), I highly, highly recommend ClubReady. Tell Brad that Kendra sent you and he'll take extra special care of you.

Be well!
Kendra
