Thoughts on FitcomXpo??
Hello! I would love to hear people's thoughts on Ryan Lee's FitcomXpo.
I am fairly new here and my business is not related to personal training, however it is definitely my passion. I am very intrigued by this, but don't want it to be the same old information that I already have. It sounds like there is a lot of great trainers presenting, but do you think they will share their top of the line knowledge. What are your thoughts?
Thanks,
Jen

Well, I'm speaking at it, and I can tell you that I am giving the best knowledge I possess.
I say that while being about 2 weeks over due on my presentation!
I'm listed under the rehab section.
Based on what I have seen of his in the past, and the list of speakers he has lined up for this, I would say that it is probably money well spent. I go to a lot of fitness conventions and shows though, so I am pretty accustomed to shelling out money to improve my business.

I sure hope you purchased this. Even if only 10 of 100 were good, its still worth it. Ive listened to about 10 so far and the info and new ideas Ive gotten are well worth the $125 (well actually I affiliated so I paid 0, but I would have paid anyways).

I joined. I couldn't listen to even one session live, but I've started downloading the sessions. Based on the bits and pieces I've heard, I think I'll surely get some ideas and useful info out of it. I affiliated, too, but no one joined, so it cost me a whole $99. Well worth it, I think.
OTOH, there was some stuff I've heard that made me think, "Sheesh, I could have presented that, and better." Some of the presenters' speaking skills are a bit weak. But to be fair, I've not yet listened to one entire session through; just about the first 15 or 20 minutes of several of them.

OK, I'm back now.
Actually, I will listen to yours, but it wasn't at the top of my list since I'd have no plans on using the motion capture stuff. But I figure I'm going to listen to all of them. You never know what you pick up. As a professional courtesy, I won't listen to yours last.

No. I registered, then signed up for the affiliate program, which I sent around to some colleagues.

Oh I did it the other way around.
JP I listened to your presentation today. It was very good, you speak well. I have two things that I found very interesting.
1.That the motion dna has a cert program that is fairly inexpensive. You didnt mention the cost of becoming a host (I dont think). I was thinking this was a very expensive tool, like zhealth perhaps.
2.With a name like Jean Paul I was expecting a French accent. Twas not the case, you are definitely an Arkansas man I actually told this to a friend today who is a forum member and he was shocked as I.

HA! Not originally from Arkansas, but I guess 21 years in an area you eventually pick up some of the attributes (like accent).

Oh, and thanks for the props on my presentation. It's hard to rate ones own speaking ability, so it is affirming to hear an outside source tell you they liked it.
It was a really hard format to do honestly... I much prefer a live audience!
