Default Coach Hale's Gym

I have been the owner and manager of Total Body Fitness for 11 years. In the past four years have became increasingly busy with other projects (writing, research) which requires long hours. I am not able to dedicate the amount of time to the facility that will allow further growth. I am selling the facility for a very reasonable rate. Anyone interested drop me an e-mail coachhale@adelphia.net

The facility is small to moderate in size and is located in Winchester Ky.

TBF

Tbf was recently featured in Men's Health as one of top 30 gyms in America

Great location

Only gym of it's type in area

located in growing city

well established (11 yrs)

the layout of the building offers various design and program options

very reasonable selling price

I am willing to come in and work 20-25 hrs per week through transistion

thanks

I can certainly relate to being so overloaded and not having time to grow the business. Good luck.
