Default TIPS ON STUDYING FOR ACSM-PT CERT!!!

Okay, I received my books and I'm gung-ho, but wait -- I haven't studied text books in nearly a decade! Not to mention, I was a A-student in college, but that's 'cause I listened in class and took notes. I was never the type to read the written materials. Guess I'm an auditory learner. I am going to the ACSM 3-day workshop in February, so that will be a HUGE help.

Any suggestions on a great way to tackle the materials. I have lots of time on my hands (at the moment). My goal was to study balls-to-the-walls this month, go to the seminar being held the first weekend of February, study even harder, then take the test by April!

I can and will pass on the first attempt, but would love any direction y'all could point me in for assistance!

Thanks in advance!
