Default top 5

If its not too much trouble could some of the personal trainers take the time to list their top 5 business and marketing books/dvds/whatever specifically for the personal training business. Maybe go into a little depth as to why you like the product.

After reading one of the roundtables the John posted on another thread, the one where the participants posted their top 5 training books, I got the idea that this might be useful to all up and coming fitness professionals who would like to make a career in this profession. I know there are a lot of smart and established trainers who frequent this site so please answer if you have the time.

thanks guys and gals.
