Maybe you all will respond to this name better than BSC. Has anyone ever worked for them or trained with any of their staff?

Thanks

Hey there. I didnt even notice anyone had replied. Sorry for the delay. I was just wondering if its a good company to begin with. Did you go through their apprentice program or were you already trained prior to being employed by them? Whats it like in a day-in-the-life of a TSI Trainer? What level trainer are you?

Thanks sorry so many questions

The compnay is definetly good in the sense that it makes $ for the owner.

They have basic training, but without independent study you will go nowhere. Pretty much all trainers without exception SUCK. They are good people, but very bad trainers who do incredibly stupid things and half of them don't train themselves.

For me it's just a place to get my feet wet. I plan to move on shortly.

Your experience will depend on the manager. If the manager is cool, you will have fun, but it's no place to learn about training. It does expose you to the market and you can definetly learn some business things.
The bi

I am a level 2 trainer.
