The compnay is definetly good in the sense that it makes $ for the owner.
They have basic training, but without independent study you will go nowhere. Pretty much all trainers without exception SUCK. They are good people, but very bad trainers who do incredibly stupid things and half of them don't train themselves.
For me it's just a place to get my feet wet. I plan to move on shortly.
Your experience will depend on the manager. If the manager is cool, you will have fun, but it's no place to learn about training. It does expose you to the market and you can definetly learn some business things.
