Default Impressing in an interview

Some of ya'all may or may not know that I'm shooting for a PT job in the future. What do you look for as prospective employers? Key points..."the guy has X bases covered to mean the minimum requirements that I'm looking for." I've seen some say that they'd hire someone with no education or experience if they were enthusiastic...I'd rather not bank on that. Are their any tips on the ducks that I could line up in between now and when the interviews begin?
