Default Looking for a trainer...

Hi Everyone,

I have a client that asked me how her mother could go about in finding a credible certified trainer in Roanoke, VA. I thought I would just ask if anyone lives there or knows a good trainer and would like to pick up a client?

Donna

Donna - I don't have an answer, but you might get a better response with some more details - age, or close to it; weight ditto; major health problems; injuries?; goals - endurance, fatloss, strength, time she can spend.

Well, there are directories of different certified trainers. If you look into NSCA, NASM, Chek etc. websites... I believe they have directories for trainers. This is a "default" way of searching for a trainer...but it does give you a good background to deal with.

Buk (Craig) lives in VA. I have no idea how close he is or isn't, but you might pm him and ask if he knows a trainer that would work for your situation. He's a great guy and will help you if he can. He might not be back from the Summit yet, but should be soon.
