Default Training Clients Online

Anyway have experience training clients online? And I mean long-distance training, where you never see the client? I am taking on a baseball player and this is my first online client. Looking for any advice to ensure success. Here is a link to our dialogue so far:

I have a lot of clients online Bill. I would be more than happy to offer up some advice. Is this something you are looking to do short term with this one guy, or something you want to make a reoccuring thing?

If it is successful, it's something I'd like to continue with other clients. I basically give up plenty of advice on my forum for free. But this guy wanted to sign up for a year. I encouraged him to go monthly not only for his benefit, but mine also. It makes me nervous, because as a former college coach, I know how some of these guys are when they don't make the team. Sometimes, lack of talent is the reason for not making it, and training hard is just not going to change that. I plan on calling the university's coach next week to see if he even knows who the kids is.

I've been training clients online since 1998.

I'd be happy to give you a FREE 1-month trial to http://fitnessgenerator.com.

Just email jayson@fitnessgenerator.com and ask for the free one month trial for Fitness Generator. No credit card required and no catches.

Good luck,
Ryan Lee

More then 90% of my clients are online and i have been doing this for about 3 months now, although i dont have website fully complete yet i do have the basics for all my clients.

A place where they can keep track of there diet, workouts and journals, i currently use itrainharder.com for that as it implies the KISS (keep it simple stupid) principal

I have a private forum within my free forum for clients only, this is where one on ones are given and also other clients that i have can support other clients i have so its a win-win situation for all paid clients hehehe.

I have created a microsoft health questionnaire that can be filled out offline then emailed to me or directly pasted into email program.

The best comments i have had from clients is online personal training is better then offline because there is no meetings or commute time you can do it in a gym or at home i like that!

Hope this helps i can email you my questionnaire and other goodies if you want.

I have been a client of a trainer that offers on-line training and I have to say that if he posted my private emails on a public forum it would upset me very much. Something for you to think about
