Simple or Complex?
I am in process of starting my online services, most of my services actually are made online for general fitness tips and nutrition consultation.
I just purchased crosstrainer for my workout and nutrition planning for clients and will use that as my base.
Yesterday i posted message about online software for my clients to track there exercise, nutrition and journals etc. It looks simple but yet does the job and its cost effective for me as i am starting off. Even though itrainharder does not have the exercise videos and all the bells and whistles that some others have i prefer simple to learn and use over a complex feature loaded program but thats me. Am i right about my thoughts?
I have a private forum for exercise descriptions and photos and i think thats a great start dont you think.
Suggestions welcome and thank you in advance.
