Default degree option

I'm seriously considering trying to enter a career in fitness after leaving the military and seen a revelant degree option here and wondered if anyone has any thoughts on what it might mean if I got it after everything was said and done. I understand going to a sit down college is normally better than an online school but certain restrictions make that a really difficult option.

More than anything I'm wondering if perspective employers would "care" about it. Who might, who wouldn't. What sort of options having a hypothetically related degree might open up?
