Default Opening a private training facility

Ok, so I'm in the process of opening a private training facility.

I was wondering if anyone is currently running such a place (ie clients only) and if you guys had any tips for opening and running it. In some ways it's a lot like an open facility, and in some ways very different.

I'd like to write a lot more, but I'll kind of see what everyone responds with before I START the thread with a tangent!

Did you take a look @ the thread JP started? It's about opening and running a facility. I would start there.
