Default OPT and Chestwork, Weeks 1-3

Hey everyone,

Why does Leigh not include any chest-specific moves (like push-ups, horizontal flys, etc) in weeks 1 -3 or OPT? Any thoughts?

Sent you a message. I also got your email, it takes time but I do get to these types of questions so in the future allow 48 hours for an answer and I should take care of it.
