I noticed on OPT's cardio that is says "frequency of 3 days" but then Leigh has the suggested weekly schedule and it only has cardio on there 2 days a week. Do I add in that 3rd cardio after I complete my A1/A2 workout? (I'm on Week 1, hence the A1).
Since you should have one day of full rest, yes, there is one day where you double-up on A1 or A2 and cardio. In my version of OPT, the suggested schedule includes the extra cardio on Saturday after A2.

You know, I think I have your same version it's just that the cardio was placed on a saturday during the recovery week..that's where I think I was confused.
