Default Question about FTLS activity questionaire

There is an option for exercise:
c) Steady aerobic work and some resistance training or
d) participate in organized aerobic and resistance work intensely

I am not quite sure what to make out of this...

c) reads like lifting pink dumbbells and d) reads like spinning and weight lifting class.

I am not sure what to pick...I lift four times/ week, usually heay/ low volume for compound and a little lighter/ higher volume for isolation. I tried to get on the stairmill for 30 min, RPE is about 7, trying to get that up and make it challenging. I believe that I push myself as there were times where I felt like throwing up.

Also, my weeks are usually full with home and yard work, dinking around the house. By yard work I mean digging and moving rock, for example.
Not sure how to fit that in...

Any advice??? Thanks much!

d.

Your exercise is organized (read: not a casual walker or gardener) and intense.

To be on the safe side you might pick a number between the two (say if it were x1.4 or x 1.8, you'd pick x1.6)
