The Fat Loss TroubleshootThis is your place to troubleshoot your fat loss problems from nutrition to training. This section is led by Leigh Peele, author of "The Fat Loss Troubleshoot," the ultimate fat loss manual. If your results have slowed or stalled this is the place to come for advice for all your fat loss needs.
I am currently training towards a firefighter agility test in about 10 months. Right now I am a little sloppy I am 33 I weigh 235 and body fat is high (guessing 24% to 28%) . My diet needs improvement but I know I can nail it down after reading the fat loss trouble shoot. I have info overload on my training I just don’t know what to do anymore. What I want to achieve is speed, power and strength to blast through the agility test.
I am trying to design a program that will ensure an amazing score on the physical agility test. This is similar to what I will be doing. First, the firefighters must race up a five-storey tower lugging a 20-kilogram hose. Once at the top, they pull another hose up from below, race down the stairs and use a four-kilogram sledgehammer to drive a 74-kilogram steel beam a distance of 1.5 metres. Then, contestants must hit a target with water from a firehose and drag a 78-kilogram mannequin 30 metres to the finish line. There may also be push up ,pull-ups and a claustrophobia test.
What should I do ?? Please help me with your wealth of knowledge .

If it were me, I'd divide and conquer. Plan out how to get lean(er) in perhaps 4 months (while not going backwards on strength/endurance) and then dedicate 6 months to killing the test.
Maybe post over the training discussion forum for assistance in building a workout plan for your goals.

I was hoping to get an answer from Leigh thats why I posted here. I think leaning out first would be a good plan also.
