You're even giving them a headache over on Lyle's board.

I don't understand why.. I really don't..

As far as I'm concerned these are valid questions..

I just want to make sure my assumptions are correct before I get everything dialed in..

I don't want to get into "uh-oh" moments just because I made a miscalculation somewhere..

For your vacation have fun!!! Eat whatever you want and don't worry about it (don't bring the fucking scale on vacation). It's not going to make one bit of difference. What's going to matter is following the RFL plan once you start. And the plan couldn't be any easier - meet the protein requirements from lean sources, carbs from green veggies, fats from EFA. One refeed a week where you can have bread, pasta, rice and you're good to go.

It's just not a 2+2=4 kind of thing.
Wait and see what happens and what you have to adjust.
You're not being in the present at all

I won't be counting cals very strictly while camping, obviously..

But I will keep track of everything I eat, and will take a cheat sheet of the calories and macros of several different types of foods, so I can estimate what I need to meet the minimum calories, and eat enough starches so I can be confident I'll hit 150 easily (without going TOO overboard)..
