Default Fitday and strip loin steak

Christ!

What at I supposed to put down for just a strip loin steak, cut down to zero fat (on the edges), cooked??

beef, top sirloin, separable lean only, trimmed to 0" fat?

That's my best guess, anyways...

Probably. The other option would be:

beef, short loin, top loin, separable lean only, trimmed to 0" fat

The difference is 2 cals/oz so I wouldn't worry about it.

I had to look it up (as we usually just buy top sirloin), but the strip loin actually comes from the top loin.
