Default Leigh--Hate to bother you--but???

Hey Leigh,

Well I am at the countdown now--only 1 1/2 weeks left on MRM--I have been reading the Metaburn program and need some assistance--advice--I swear this is the last question--Don't want to screw up my hard earned Progress!!

Metaburn--I need to loose less than 15lbs which puts me in Level 4--but after reading the other levels--which one best fits me??

Thyroid issues/adrenal issues on support for both??
Is level 4 too aggressive in my situation? My guess is I probably will not need it for 12 weeks,--Hoping my body will #1 respond quickly and #2 because I don't have that much to loose--maybe 6-7%

Or maybe should I do another program??

I did listen to the podcast as well--get in get out theory is great and maybe even cut calories the 35%--But what kind of workout would you recommend for me??

Get a little scared cause it is only 8 weeks of repair--and how do you know it is enough?? I will tell you that after taking the time off to rest--when I started the required movement/exercise in the repair progress my body got sore, fatigue, I sweated--and oh my gosh it is not even half of what I was doing before--I guess my Body really Absorbed the rest needed and the healing process is still happening--I feel like I am starting from Scratch!!

Also my heartrate now is higher than before--it starts in the 80-90 whereas before it was in the 50-60?? So when doing cardio it does not take much to get to 115-pretty much walking will do it?? I don't think I could fall out of shape that fast--maybe it is the water that I am retaining?? Possibility?? Had EKG and Sonogram of heart--Perfect condition??

So I am already planning my attack--so please help--Get scared!!

Oh I Do have A BIT of a Success Story!!

Went to nutritionist today to compare metacheck and bodyfat percent test with the one I had done 2months ago--Well::

I have gained 6pounds on the scale I have gained about 3 1/2 inches total--which is why I can not fit in my clothes--BUT---

The new test showed I have gained 4lbs of LBM--yeah!!
I have lost 1%bodyfat--yeah!!!
my RMR was 1027--NOW is 1310!!!! Accurate or not--I will take it!!
Up 4% extracellular water--So there is the inches--We are just trying to figure out now the cause---electrolytes/stress/food allergies/candida/hormones?

Very Excited--thank you so much--Had to Start a new thread just to Express my Happiness--I am not getting fat for nothing, hahhah!!!JOKE!!

Please don't tell me to read the book, please give me your honest opinion and Advice!! Or take me on as a client--if you are still doing that??

help, dessie

Default thanks bunches

Still a work in progress--I have lost a total of 11lbs LBM since last year, I guess the chronic dieting made my body a bit canabolic?? so just getting back what I lost--by Just eating--Amazing!!!

I had my doubts in the beginning, Kept saying oh my Gosh I am getting fat--My nutritionist told me today---that I am not allowed to say that anymore??! haha!!

Dessie

Sorry I had missed this earlier. The response I gave you in the PM is what I still think would be best. If you have anymore questions just let me know.
