Default calories in juiced veggies?

I feel great when I consume a lot of veggies, but can't always take the bulk, from a digestive perspective. So sometimes I will juice them--never fruit, just greens and lemon or lime (for example, 1 bunch kale and 1 lemon). How do I calculate the calories for this? Does taking out the fiber take out calories? Or does it not matter (calculate the veggies pre-juicing)?

They're veggies - I'd just count it all.

In theory, though calorie counters show calories based on all the carbohydrates in a food, if 100% of the fiber passes through unchanged then one could subtract the calorie portion due to fiber and only count the remainder. Others I know have said that this is not correct strictly speaking and might count 1/2 the grams of fiber as calories or something like that. Again, I'd count it all in calories, others count none of it, others count part. I count all because 1) I'd rather be high than low and 2) they're veggies, how much is there really?

The counting of zero is rather the same theory as when carb counters count only carb grams net of fiber grams, assuming all fiber passes through without any absorption.

Good thinking, I will play it safe and count it has the whole veg. I get plenty of fiber daily so that's not an issue.
