Default Note new training/food log here at JP Fitness

I've moved my log from FLzine.com over here to the Training section of JP Fitness.

I am doing Leigh's OPT for Fatloss, and am beginning week 5 of 12 weeks.

It's called, Get In and Get Out: RESULTS are the name of my game:
a. Get In and Get Out: Thanks to Leigh for the concept of dieting as a short term venture, that does not have to be the rest of my life. That within a finite period of time (hopefully 6 months) I can reach goal weight, and live the rest of my life NOT in deficit calories.
b. RESULTS: because I do NOT have the experience of getting results from my diet and exercise actions, and it makes me feel like a failure, and I believe with the correct calories eaten/exercise and NEAT energy spent equation, I can solve this mystery and reach goal weight. To achieve this, I plan to re-read FLTS a few times hahaha ... and learn from all of you... AND continue being compliant with calories in and energy out!

I welcome you to subscribe to my new log. See my new signature at bottom ....

NOTE: I have moved here from my log at FLzine.com ... Leigh is not updating FLzine.com anymore, now that www.LeighPeele.com is live. I wanted to wait 'til it went live to see what would happen.

She said that FLzine.com forum would stay live, but since there's now nothing but the forum, I think membership and activity will dwindle... Please follow me here on JP Fitness...

I hope Etana won't mind if I ride on her coattails to say that I've started a log here at JP also. Even though I essentially abandoned my log over at FLzine over a month ago. I'm (re)starting OPT for Fat Loss on Monday. Link is in my signature. First post is abysmally long; I won't be offended with skimming.

Damm that sucks, but at least you have 6 months to ensure that you won't fail the next one!
