Default Opt Remix Exercises Question Part 2

Leigh,

I appreciated the exercise substitution answer last time and I have another one. For round 2 Training Day A, it's supposed to be Lat pulldowns and chip-ups. Since I don't have access to a chin up bar (and since I can't do one without assistance it would be useless anyways), I was doing lat pulldowns. Is there a different exercise I can substitute instead of chinups 3x10?

Also, olympic good mornings are on for Training Day B. I don't have access to an oly bar. Is there such thing as db good mornings and would that be okay?

Thanks!

Do the lat pull-down, but use a supinated grip.

If going to DB's then I would switch the movement completely to Single Leg Rdls.
