Default Creatine and Fat loss eating plans

Hey guys,

As always I have a dilemna and I am sure you guys/gals will be more than helpful......

Is creatine a worthwhile supplement to take whilst on a low carb eating (tnt plan) plan with goal ultimately of fat loss

Thanks for that and an interesting read.

Two things which i picked up in that article which i have queries/concerns about

I have 23% body fat and that is going down, is that considered high?

How much caffeine will have adverse effects? being in an office for most fo the day i drink about 4-6 cups a day.

In my extreme neophyte opinion, it seems that creatine is primarily useful if you're working out hard (more energy, better muscle recovery, whatever). If you're not working out hard, I'm not sure if it would have any effect.

I am working out pretty hard at the minute 5-6 times a week, with at least 1 cardio session.
