Default Coffee on MRM program?

Does anyone know if coffee is ok on the MRM program, I love coffee and I had not been able to drink it for the past 6months or so, I guess because my calories were to low and the acid in coffee is high it was causing me problems, and I actually got candida in the gut, they say because my immune system was so weak?? And coffee just adds to the problem

plus someone mentioned to me that probably not a good idea with the adrenals being out of wack and the cortisol levels not good, may stress them out?? Not sure if any truth to that?

Plus I am retaining alot of water--carrying water balloons under my eyes, which I guess my body still adjusting and electrolytes are still off?? So not sure--maybe coffee would make this worse?

HMM seems like alot of cons--almost answered my own question---But I am eating things now that I have not eaten in a long time and I just really really miss coffee--Just the smell drives me crazy!!

Maybe decaf low acidic?? that is an idea?

Thanks Dessie

I would personally stay away from the coffee for the time being until this is all over and you get to a more stable health level. Not saying it is evil, just saying you should be as gentle to your body as you can be.
