Default OPT Rest Week

I am on Week 4 and this is rest/recovery week.

Am I supposed to re-take the activity quiz to match my current activity?
And (maybe I missed this), but should I retake the quiz each week?
Thanks.

no you don't. The calories/macros during the rest week are different than what you have been doing in the other weeks to account for the rest.

Yeah you don't have to, unless you think you slowed down a lot or if you lost an insane amount of weight. Usually I suggest a retake after week 12/break and before restarting if need.
