Sorry I'm late to the show--yeah, you should check out Leigh's
Fat Loss Troubleshoot book and you'll get some really good info about the general mechanics of weight loss plus some pretty good guidelines to help you get down to your goal weight.
My guess, though, is that the culprit is your diet. That seems to be the biggest problem, especially when people post that they've lost weight but can't get to the next level and the info they post is general info about their workout. It's all about the food, baby.
So post some more info and really think about getting Leigh's books. They rock.
