1on1 for better experience or is group training just as good?
|
I think in order to handle a group well you need to be able to handle one perfectly. It takes time to get a feel for being able to train just one person.
What I recommend is take on whoever you can, even if free in the beginning. Work and work and learn what you can. Don't be afraid to fuck up, ask questions, and talk to your clients. Whatever extra time you have you have to jump in and just go for it. You will learn who you work with best, where your strength are, and the group training can come faster that way.

Also how does affiliating your book work? I can do that with a client right?
|
Let's say you get a client and you want to start them on a program of training that you desgined by following my nutrition recommendation, then you can either a) design then something based on what you have learned and screw the book or b) sell them the book through your ID and you get the percentage of payout for that book. I know a lot of trainers that do this and it works great. A lot use them as start up guides. I also have a "bulk" deal I work with certain trainers to be able to print out and give them to their client out of negotiation. It works on ethics and trust of course, plus I have various other security things that show stuff but thus far I haven't run into many problems. It starts at a 20 book rate and increases from there.
If you have any more questions just let me know.
