Talking 2 more success stories for the book

Leigh I doubt you will remember me ? I wanted to come back and report on the changes I have made because of your book and listening to your work in general.

I went through the program and saw my abs for the first time. There wasn't much to see but they were there. Since then I went through a bulking phase and I used Remix to cut back down. I loved Remix, it was better for me and the cycling is what I needed. I have ended up at 5'10 and 182lbs and 8-9% bf based on your videos! I have my abs and a nice chest too.

Better than that my mom had been having health issues and needed to lose weight. I put her on OPT and did her multiplier for her. I did everything I could to help her with making her food and stuff in the beginning. Over Easter she hit 64 pounds lost! She wants to keep going now and she is a new person. She said she mailed you before about a hip issue and that helped her too.

I wish others can have the same luck with their parents. If you guys go a little out of your way to help them in the beginning it helps. All it took was to see 5 pounds here, 4 pounds there lost and she was a believer.

If you can answer a quick question for me?

I got certified. My dream is to do it full time. I don't have time to do a lot of training so should I start with 1on1 for better experience or is group training just as good? Also how does affiliating your book work? I can do that with a client right?

Thanks for what you do!

To answer your questions...

I think in order to handle a group well you need to be able to handle one perfectly. It takes time to get a feel for being able to train just one person.

What I recommend is take on whoever you can, even if free in the beginning. Work and work and learn what you can. Don't be afraid to fuck up, ask questions, and talk to your clients. Whatever extra time you have you have to jump in and just go for it. You will learn who you work with best, where your strength are, and the group training can come faster that way.

Let's say you get a client and you want to start them on a program of training that you desgined by following my nutrition recommendation, then you can either a) design then something based on what you have learned and screw the book or b) sell them the book through your ID and you get the percentage of payout for that book. I know a lot of trainers that do this and it works great. A lot use them as start up guides. I also have a "bulk" deal I work with certain trainers to be able to print out and give them to their client out of negotiation. It works on ethics and trust of course, plus I have various other security things that show stuff but thus far I haven't run into many problems. It starts at a 20 book rate and increases from there.

If you have any more questions just let me know.
