Ok, I'm new here, but I've been reading your posts on and off for a while.
I have just started the Fat Loss Troubleshoot OPT (original) plan.
I am 6ft, 32 years old and 257lb. That makes my calorific requirements for weight loss with 3-5 days of workouts 1965 cals a day.
I've just done that today.
It almost killed me.
I'm not exaggerating.
I have been dizzy all day and have had a shocking head ache ALL day. I've been drinking heaps and heaps of water, but I've just felt shocking all day...
I haven't even done a workout yet??!!!
I have really struggled with the fat content thing, and it's been an effort getting the carbs in because I'm so used to high protein/high fat/low fat diets.
So, I'm worried and dispirited. I need to do this. I'm having a hysterectomy soon and I have to loose weight in the next few months.
Will this get better...?
How will I survive...???
And, yes, before you ask I have been weighing everything, EVERYTHING...
Is this your first time on a diet/exercise program?
Perhaps you need to diet with a lower caloric deficit and just focus on getting in the exercise and changing habits for a while . IMO, the heavier you are, I think its safer to keep cals higher. IMO, weight/fat loss should be taken in stages.
No, it's not the first time. I lost 52kg two years ago, put 30kg back on in the past year through the slow degeneration of my thyroid amongst other health problems.
When I lost it all last time I think I just got used to being grumpy and dizzy and tired. But then, I did it on way less calories, so I wasn't expecting it this time.
I'm sorry to whine. I guess I just want to know that I'm doing it right and this is normal and will fade in time..?
I have spent the last two months doing the new rules of lifting, but didn't loose any thing much.
If it's been a while since your calories have been this low, it's going to take a while for your body to adjust. You are going to be tired because you are operating on fewer calories. Dieting sucks. There's just no avoiding feeling crappy til you get used to it.

Your intake number looks right. How did you space your food out over the day? Maybe the spacing just doesn't work right for you? For instance, maybe you need more frequent smaller meals in order for your body to be happier or maybe you need fewer larger meals. Look at how you've got your macros spread out during the day, too; maybe rearranging them would help.

Help!
Mostly what you are describing sounds like the extreme of the first days out, but still a little more extreme than I like. Some people take it harder to first cut calories, some don't.
I will say before I get into the solution that usually the people that I have worked with that had it the worst the first few days have it the easiest as they are going along.
Mostly these problems I find are due to electrolye imbalance. From a personal stance the sec I enter into a deficit I feel it and feel it hard. Very sensitive to caloric drops.
That being said you can try two things to help yourself.
1-Up your calories amount. You may have mis-calculated your intake needs. Try upping the multiplier and see how you feel. It may be that "fast" loss needs to be a wee bit slower. You could still lose likely at a good rate on higher calories at your size.
2-Make an electrolye drink to sip on through out the day and break up your supplements in intervals.
For example, if in a cut I mix up a 20 ounce bottle of electrolyte mix, salt, kool aid, and green tea pink lemondae. Shake shake shake and pop a calcium/mag pill and I feel awesome where as normally I will be feeling like a dehydrated dizzy fool.
If you want more advice please feel free to give more info. Hope that helps.
Thanks everyone!! Leigh, as usual, brilliant advice.
I must say I have felt a heap better today, and just got my period, which could explain the insanity yesterday!!
I've been monitoring my calories all day and I'm fine, I still feel a little freaky, but less desperate. I think it's a matter of getting used to it. I must say, Calorie King is amazing, it has kept me on track even though my house is full of the kids easter eggs!! Because, as Leigh says, if I eat it, I log it, even if I go off the plan, and there is NO way I'm logging any chocolate!!! So, it's just not an option to eat it.
I just want to weigh in and lose_something_in a week, its been forever since I've lost even a pound...
