Default Another General Question about the workouts in OPT Remix compared to NROLW

Hopefully, it is okay to post this here even though this question is about exercise and not diet. I was hoping that someone knew and could please tell me how the intensity of the workouts in the OPT Remix Plan compared to the ones in NROLW?

I was also interested in knowing how long each workout session in the OPT Remix program generally lasts, and the recommended number of times per week required?

Thanks in advance.

They really aren't comparable at all (the two programs).

Mine is specifically designed for fat loss with nutrition incorporated. So the training has to go along side the nutrition. There are different lift days for different eating and also specific refeeds along with that. Where as with NROL4W it is different selective programs for what you need and you eat whatever you want accordingly or based on a basic calculation.

So its just different is all. Apples/oranges.

As far as how long, it just depends, the OPTR also adds in cardio requirements too. I don't utilize supersets and there is even walking in the program. I try to maximize time but at the same time it is to maximize fat loss so if you lose 10 mins but get more fat loss, I go for it.
