Default OPT questions.

So I finally purchased Fat Loss Troubleshoot. It looks like OPT is the way to go for me. I understand how to calculate my BMR but which multiplier should I use of I am doing OPT? Do I also factor in my NEAT multiplier with that? Once I do that, what % deficit is best while doing OPT?
My BMR is 1472. I apologize in advance if the answers to these questions are in the manual... I just can't find them. Thanks!

EDIT: I just found where the recommended calorie deficit is stated in teh OPT manual. I can't beleive I missed that. Still not sure which multiplier to use, though.

Best possible go with the results of the activity quiz. I give the basic formula for how to figure caloric equation but my own version of the activity multiple. I like the formula, I just don't like the "definitions" of the multiplier. So I created a situation quiz to determine a better one and thus far it is pretty good from all my testing and from people who have reported back via GOwear or bodybugg testing.

Hope that helps.
