Question Have you tried Paul McKenna's - I can Make You Thin ?

I did a search for McKenna here on the JP forums, and was surprised to find no results

Surely some of you must know of this simple yet powerful program, that offers an alternative to diets ?

I for one have had great success with it, and plan to use it again for the next challenges / upcoming years. Whenever I applied it intensely and correctly in the past, it has worked great and felt great from day 1, so I would like to know what some of you here on JP think about it.

Cheers

Is he the one that does that "tapping" method where you tap on your face, hand, etc? I think I caught an episode or two on him on TLC.

Doesn't he just promote basic intuitive eating?

Someone thumps you on the head to eat intuitively? Sounds like my childhood.
