I loved it but didn't lose weight. What package are you buying?
I'm not sure why but Leigh doesn't comment on it very much.
I didn't love the HIIT, but it was okay.
I DID love the 4 week bodyweight programs: I liked the 30 minute programs, I liked that I sweated, I liked that they were a challenge but do-able so I felt proud of myself, I liked that they switched every 4 weeks so my body got a change. I liked that I got stronger and could see the same exercise would have a better effect with more weight or more time (plank) or lifting better.
I didn't like the price of $30/month or more.
I hear there are dvds now.
I don't know the pricing plans, but when I bought, I bought a package for $30. I bought at least one other, down the road, too. This was several years ago.
I lost plenty on TT.
Leigh doesn't comment on a lot of programs. There are a ton out there.
TT is very demanding, like NROL FL and NROL4W. Some people do well on those and others don't. Personally, I think guys do better on NROL-style fat loss programs, since they tend to weigh more and can eat more and still be in a deficit.
Turbulence Training now offers all the workouts individually. You can buy and download one for 9.99.
I saw that and thought there was a DVD, but it's a pdf file, which makes sense. One thing I REALLY liked about my $39 bundle was that I could go to the website and see little videos of each of the 2 sets: all the exercises, so I could SEE what they were and the form. Being new to weightlifting, this made it very convenient to see how to do them right.
Do you know if that is included in the $9.99 workout? A link to where to see it in a little video?
Anyway, since I have the $39 package, if I ever want to do 3-6 months of 4-week routines, I really think I have all I need. If I repeat the intermediate and advanced, and then a few others, Craig packed a lot into his package he sold.
No, it doesn't include access to viewing the videos. I believe you need to be a full member for that. I have bought 3 of his workouts since he began offering them for 9.99. It includes the workout along with pictures of the exercises.

Which ones did you get? Have you tried any yet? Any recommendations? thanks.
I bought the Medicine Ball workout, the 8 week one for Women, the Dumbell/Kettlebell/Bodyweight fusion, and the Dumbell/Bodyweight workout. I thought I bought 3, but turns out I bought 4.
I haven't had a chance to do a full rotation of any of the programs. I've been pretty involved with kettlebells lately and have been focusing on them. But, the programs do look good and challenging.
My Dh has played around the with Medicine Ball workout and seems to like it.
Hi Getmovin, I originally bought the $30 program but I am now a platinum member with TT. I actually just finished the last transformation and posted it in my blog today. I highly recommend it! It has worked great for me so far. Good luck and I hope this helps!
Like most programmes, it will work if you do it correctly and if you sort the nutrition, and if you change things regularly.... I personally like the superset style as I hate spending training time resting!
