Ok how does this work if it sounds like there is a diet and workout plan set? Isn't everyone different?? In the add it states how you are able to tailor to your body weight, but is anyone able to give me a LITTLE more info? I'm not going to make a purchase at this time...don't know enough about it, but would LOVE to hear thoughts on those who know or have had experience
It's a diet and workout....28 days. There is a different diet for different body weights. Like, if you weigh 125, you follow the 125 plan......135 follows the 135 plan and so on. It's very strict. No cheating. Low carb.
But one person's 125 could be very different from anothers?? Along with their lifestyles and past histories...?? How can that "cookie-cutter" approach work for everyone?
ETA: Unless you are working one-on-one with a nutritionist, most diet plans you purchase are "cookie cutter", to an extent. WSFL is a high protein, low cal, short-term plan for those who don't have a lot of weight to lose. Also, six workouts a week.
You'd do even better learning the basics because it seems you need them. There is also a cycle program included and water manipulation for more advanced. Leigh's programs and advice got me to elimate stubborn fat easy.

OK---So I'm going to ask a dumb/obvious question here. Have you purchased Leigh's FLTS books? It appears to me you have but are not using any of the programs or information. That being said, what would be the point of buying Warp?? Judging from your other posts, you seem to want alot of answers but don't do anything with the info. Not being mean here just trying to understand why you are looking to buy a program when you obviously have not even started the other one..??
I guess it comes down to trying to decide which "one" i need to start with.
With a past history of anorexia, then overcompensating with overexercising, now getting "healthy" -- just trying to learn as much as I can before I make an honest decision and do what's best for my body and my goals.
Just my gut reaction, but I know that Cosgrove's programs tend to be very very demanding physically (high intensity, etc.). With a history of eating issues and overexercising, my gut says that might not be the best track for you to follow. I, personally, would read (and read closely and more than once) Leigh's FLTS and try to get that information integrated into my routine first.

Your body keeps an accurate journal regardless of what you write down...
Agree 1000% with last two. WSFL is not a diet for anyone who ED historty IMHO.
In fact it reads to me like a bad plan all the way around for most people...
