Default getting sloppy

What do you guys do when you start getting slopping with your meal planning. I do really week for a few days, weigh and measure everything, but I find I start to get sloppy and start estimating and just popping random (clean) stuff in my mouth. Like I will eat a strawberry here, or a grape there. It all counts though!

So what do you all do to prevent this sitatuation? I am on a strict guideline for calories and macros, so I want to avoid this as much as I can.

If you start getting weak with the picking at your food with my clients I put them on Pre-made restriction. They can't eat nothing they didn't make the night before or that morning. Bulk cooking kind of deal. It alerts you more to cheating. Part of what inspired that One Big Meal thing I did.

That is a great idea Leigh.

I also try to enforce the "rule" that everything I eat must be on a plate and sitting down. This has worked well for me and has stopped a lot of mindless bites/tastes/licks of things.
