Default Metabolic Acceleration DVD

Does anyone currently have this product or have used it in the past? Its Alwyn's Metabolic Acceleration training program. I was told on the PN forum that this would help with my stubborn lower body fat issues.

Its a bit pricey and I didnt want to order something if it wasnt worth the cost.

Thankyou!

In all the time of my training I have met very very few who ever should even consider training specifically for fat loss. Fat loss is diet, unless you are trying to get competetion level lean training will have nothing to do with it.

That is nothing again the dvd by the way. Alwyn loves aggressive conditioning. That being said, I would do this for just that, conditioning, not fat loss. If you want to throw it in your training program, have at it. I warn you those training sessions make you hungry as hell, if you can stick to your calories while do them and not brun out though, more power to you.
