Default Loved the Book!

Newbie here who wants to say hi Glad I found the forum!

I read Fat Loss Troubleshoot about a month ago. It was great! As long as I follow what Leigh suggests, I'm losing weight. I just have trouble with those darn weekends!

I'm 5'4" 28 y/o..weighing in at 132 (my highest was about 160). I just want to lose that stubborn fat I seem to have around my lower stomach/hips.

I'm starting OPT the week after thanksgiving. I'm excited to get started! Any tips?
