Default Egg whites / cottage cheese

I know that these two are considered complete protein sources..My question is that is it ok to eat these on a daily basis as a protein source? thanks.

no.
anything eaten on a daily basis is bad for you.
you should only have them every other thursday, and on opposite thursdays at that.
/extremely entertaining (to me) sarcasm

In the years I've been eating either one/both for prolonged periods of time on a daily basis, haven't had any ill effects. I can't imagine why one should not eat a healthy whole food daily. *shrug* maybe there's reasons, but personally I figure there's bigger things to worry about.

I eat both everyday. I think they are great protein sources. Sometimes I eat them together. Yummy!

Yep, without eating meat, I have those two pretty much daily as well, though often it's whole eggs instead of just the whites.
