Default Changing up OPT weeks

I'm done my rest week and ready to start week 5 of workouts today.

My question pertains to a trip for travel I'm going to have to take in three weeks. OPT gives me the next three weeks of workouts and then another rest week. I'll be able to get in two good weeks of workouts, but then on the third week I'll have to travel for work and getting in workouts then will not be an option. My question: should I then take my rest week early, then do my last week of weeks 5-8 and then jump straight into weeks 10-12? Or should I plan to do the week of travel, then one more week of weeks 5-8, the planned OPT rest week, and then start weeks 10-12?

I hope that makes sense!

You may be just to busy to exercise, but have you tried Val Slides? they're great for an in hotel room exercise, and I've seen them on sale on the web and even in Target.

Actually weeks 5-8 is 4 weeks long, not 3.

As far as what you should do, not quite sure. I think that I would just continue on plan, try to get what you can during that week.

Thanks for the replies, guys. I have good news, though:I just found out the hotel I'm staying in has a sweet-ass gym, so I will DEFINITELY be getting my workouts in. Woot-woot!
