I plan to start the REPAIR program on November 3 (I'm planning it out so that Chrismas week lands on the eat, eat, eat week

It's taken me over a week to come to terms with not exercising for 3 weeks. I'm a 6 or 7 day a week kinda girl right now.
Now I'm having a REALLY difficult time letting go of my lunch time walk every day. I really don't consider it exercise. It's more a dose of sanity during my day. Do you think continuing to walk at lunch will completely kill the point of the REPAIR program or could it just be considered my NEAT?
