Ever heard the saying that "abs are made in the kitchen"?
You can't spot reduce fat, no matter what program of eating and exercise that you follow. You can get your food and activity level right and lose fat from all over your body. Once you have lost the fat, you can work on your body composition, of course, but you can't just pick and choose which areas you lose fat from.
