Make it up, or move on?
I'm finishing week 8, and next week is a rest one. I've done well this week and last with exercise and nutrition (asside from 1 high calorie/carb day Sat), but I didn't do well the previous 2 weeks (5 & 6). I was at little or no deficit about half the days, and only exercised 1ce or twice. My wieght those weeks ended up about the same as before, whereas last week & this, I'm going down.
So, do I do 1 more week of the Weeks 5-8 routines before moving onto week 9, or just go on anyway? I"m trying to understand what weeks 5-8 were trying to accomplish, determine if I accomplished it, and whether the rest week will be beneficial given I haven't worked as hard as planned these past 4 weeks.
