Default Update...

I just wanted to let you guys know that I went in for my surgery yesterday morning and I feel great. The doc found 4 things wrong, which is a good thing because now we know what the problem was and everything is fixed or will be fixed. I feel so good, even though I know I need to take it easy and rest. I'm drinking a ton of water and trying to eat but I'm a little nausea's. But next week, my husband and I are going to start OPT together! Which is so exciting because it was only me doing it at first but he decided to try it with me. So I'm super excited.

That's great!

BUT please let yourself heal fully before you embark on OPT. Your body needs calories to heal, so in my not-so-humble-opinion you should focus on maintenance for at least four weeks.
