I started NROLFW yesterday and can't wait to continue it and see my results at the end of it.<br />
 <br />
I have to admit though, I'm going to need some help with being kept accountable, so if people want to harass me, feel free :)<br />
 <br />
Stats:<br />
5'11<br />
192lbs<br />
Mother of a toddler/student/wife<br />
 <br />
I'm fairly active and truly enjoy working out, my biggest hurdle is figuring out my food intake.<br />
 <br />
I instruct theraputic riding for children and adults with special needs/broken homes in my free time, and as you can tell from my avatar thingy, I love my dog.<br />
 <br />
So, like I said, I started it yesterday and I'm feeling the pain today! I love it!<br />
 <br />
Well, I kind of did it. I forgot the list of exercises at home, so did some of them off memory and then did a couple things from previous work out programs.<br />
 <br />
My goal with this program? 10, I repeat, 10 REAL push ups.<br />
 <br />
And one unassisted chin up, ha.<br />
 <br />
Day 1:<br />
 <br />
5 minute incline walk<br />
 <br />
10lbs/15 squats<br />
10lbs/15 squats<br />
 <br />
12/12 medicine balls things.<br />
12/12 medicine ball things.<br />
 <br />
15/15 push ups<br />
12/15 push ups<br />
 <br />
30s/plank<br />
26s/plank<br />
 <br />
15/15 swiss ball crunch<br />
15/15 swiss ball crunch<br />

I was sweating after this, haha. I'm going to make sure I have the list next time I come. I might do the first exercise again, since I missed a couple.<br />
 <br />
I felt this ALOT more then when I would go and do my sets of bicep, tricep, and lunges/squats. Lots more of my body felt utilized.<br />
 <br />
God my push ups are pathetic. I WILL SUCCEED. Really, you'd just feel bad for me if you saw me doing them!<br />
 <br />
