This is my first post on JP, and I appreciate everyone's contribution to this web site. There have been numerous times when I have googled some fitness questions and ended up here, once again thanks everyone.

I started the TNT diet on April 17th, 2009. Once finishing the begineer / advanced programs, then moved to NROL hypertrophy I; currently on hypertrophy III. (still on the TNT diet)

On my third month, I went down about 6% body fat and 10lbs. Month 3-5 was rather stagnant for me; weight didn't change but I did notice some strength gains. For months 6-7 I have shifted from alternating reps of 3,6,8, and 12 (recommended by NROL) to reps of 6-8 hoping to put on some more muscle mass (some reason stopped building mass with previous) as well as taking in an addition 500-1200 calories a day.

On a side note, I probably do cardio on average once every 3 weeks because of my hectic schedule but I plan on doing it twice a week starting in December. More than likely will be a 20 minute HIIT, followed by some jogging.

Just for fun, I thought I'd include some links to a youtube video which exemplifies the level of fitness I want to achieve.

*also any advice is welcome!*

Greetings,friends! Lend me your ears.

I want to tell you about my f***'d up life, from being a chubby little man who tried to succeed in online gaming,to a full grown kenjutsu user of the japanese sword. It all began one day, when I realized what a shit movie i've made in an online gaming forum where everyone just laughed at me,as if I was the slowest capper in jk2.

Ok,lets get back on topic

This was me about two years ago, with no knowledge of what my wobbling cawk was for. Then one day,my bud Emir steps up to me and goes : "hey man,i know it none of my business, but u look so ugly i wud just slap u on the ass cheeks for letting urself go so much "
So I started thinkin deep, about what he said and I realized he was right. I was a joke so I took up a sport which needed jedi-like reflexes mixed with some croatian natural-born talent and came out with Kenjutsu. A sport of the gentlemen. A sport of the men who only deserve to have one eyebrow in this cruel world. A sport passed down from generation to generation which came all the way to my great great grandfather,Jereziah Babic; and today...yours truly

And yes, that is the astonishing Clint Eastwood in the background but he is not the main attraction tonight. Leave no words unspoken and no acts undone, for do that and I shall smite thou with the fury of my new and improved sharkys@125fps mode

Farewell.
