I am trying to figure out the nutritional stats on my homemade yogurt and kefir. Does anyone know whether the final product has the same calories, carbs, protein, fat, etc. that was in the original milk from which it was made? I am curious whether any of the numbers change when milk is transformed into yogurt or kefir.

Thank you!

I use stevia (and only NuStevia will do in my house. Everything else tastes bad. But NuNaturals NuStevia tastes great).

- In double boiler or on low melt 2 squares unsweetened chocolate.
- Add about double the amount of that in coconut oil (I use the cheap non coconut tasting kind you can get at Walmart for this recipe).
- Take completely off heat. Add stevia to taste.
- Add any flavoring you like. I like peppermint extract.
- Mix in a few TBSP of cream. Now if you heated this chocolate way too hot it will "break" at this point. It still taste good but doesn't have a nice silky texture as if you didn't break it. But if you really had it on low or better yet a double boiler and took it off as soon as melted, you should be fine. When you stir in the cream it will slightly thicken.

- Pour/spread into a plastic plate and put in freezer. It gets hard like a store bought chocolate bar. I just break pieces off. I have a friend who makes it too and she puts it into candy molds and then has bags of chocolate pieces in a bag in the freezer.

Yum.
