12 oz hot coffee
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Put coffee in shaker bottle.
Add powder.
Snap lid firmly onto bottle.
Shake.
Clean exploded 'mocha' from walls, ceiling, floor, books, clothes, CD player, clock radio, pictures on wall, pictures on desk, etc.
Shower and get ready for work all over again.

Well, I'd done it before, just stirring with a spoon. It's tasty. I figured shaking it would get more lumps out. Didn't figure on the explosion. I'm not a physicist, damnit!
