I know you followed Adam’s diet and were wondering if you can tell me if I am on target to following the diet the way it was designed. Thanks gain for taking the time to look at it for me.
Breakfast: Egg Whites w/ Vegetables, Turkey Sausage.
Snack: 1 Serving of Unsalted Mixed Nuts and a Medium Green Apple
Lunch: Chicken Salad w/ Red Wine and Vinaigrette dressing from Wendy’s, Burger King, or McDonalds.
Snack: 1 Serving of Unsalted Mixed Nuts and a Medium Pear
Workout: I do the drink he recommends.
Dinner: Chicken Breast with a side of Vegetables.
I am always drinking 16 ounces of water.
