I am going to be starting Adam's Diet and I have a question about cheese: Is it best to have full fat cheese or can we have lower fat cheese? Also, is cream cheese ok?

Sorry nobody else has answered... you just may have stumped us.

When I did Adam's diet a year or two ago, he told me that the main point was carb control and timing. Regular cheese, lowfat cheese and cream cheese (non-flavored) are all low in carbohydrates, so I think the regular/lowfat cheese decision is up to you. Adam recommended pepperoni and cheese as a snack, even though they're pretty high in fat. This was based on some research that I don't think is published yet, so I'll leave it at that.

I really have no idea on the cream cheese though, but I'm pretty sure that the flavored cream cheeses are loaded with sugar, so those are a big no-no.
