Thumbs up

One of the reasons I like these boards is that you are held accountable. So I thought I'd share a change I made to my diet. I've been sticking with it this week and it has been hard...but so far...so good.

One of my worst eating habits was that I would eat at night after supper...usually the wrong things too. I've decided to flip my diet around and do my biggest eating earlier in the day and none at night after a decent supper. I think this is a big change for me...it may sound simple...but I'm expecting big results. This decision alone has cut out a lot of crap from my diet.

I feel good about it. Hoping to trim off the body fat. Going for that 6 pack by summer.

As it has been said in here MANY MANY times. ABS are made in the kitchen. Well...I guess I'll see about that.

Jimbo: I was on the 6 meal plan, that helped a LOT. Not that the holidays are over I'm gonna toss the junkfood out.

gob - NOOO not THE Gymrat!!! AAAAGGG! I'll be good, I'll be good!

cast- Yeah..I know...I've read a LOT of Berardi's stuff and it all makes perfect sense. I just figure if AT LEAST I make this one change...well.....that will be one hurdle.

Lots more to straighten out in my diet. Trying to do it all at once was a bit overwhelming. I didn't stick to it. So I'm gonna try and develop habits one at a time.

It's MY plan and that's how I wanna play so there.

Oh man...I just reminded myself of Bill Murray in that movie "What About Bob" where he talks about taking little baby steps. LOL

If you never saw it...well..it's old like me.

PS - Cast - I know you didn't mention anything abou Berardi..6 meals a day is one important principle, among others, that he preaches.

So...sorry if I sounded crazy. Ummmm I can't help it?
